The controls are great! You can easily work them in the middle of the night and the best thing is you can set the heat level and the time you want the heat on and you won't wake up too hot with the blanket on all night. The blanket itself is super soft. But it won't slide off or fall off the side of the bed.

have owned this blanket for many years and I would buy it again. I love the feel, weight and warmth. The only thing I don't like is the controls because in the dark you can't see the buttons and how to turn it on, off, change the temperature without feeling it. I wish it had lights on the buttons too, a little brighter.

was a little nervous about buying my first electric blanket, worried it wouldn't be warm enough or soft enough. I'm so glad I went and bought this one. It's so warm and soft. I covered it with a fitted sheet to protect it and then put my fluffy comforter on top and it's perfect! If you were on the fence about buying this one, buy this one. You won't regret it. Also, there are temperature controls on each side.

This is a great item. Heats quickly and evenly. Heat settings go up to 10 levels, but my wife and I usually keep it at 5. 10 hour adjustable auto shut off, but we usually set it to 4 hours. Very warm with blankets not on. Two controls for each side of the bed. Very happy with this purchase. Also bought one for our daughter.
