Red (15-35 pounds), more suitable for speed bar training and shoulder activities. Black (25-65 lb), resistance training starter band and barbell belt. Purple (35-85 pounds), medium tension, is used for resistance training and pull-up assistance. Green (50-125 pounds), well suited for pull-up assistance, high tensile strength, and advanced strap bar training.
