The preheat feature is great. Once you set the preheat feature, it heats up quickly and turns off after about an hour. This feature works about 80% of the time. I also like the timer feature so I don't have to worry about being woken up by the cold at night.

My wife is always cold at night. This heated blanket has all the perfect heat settings and timer. It is also plush and soft. The downside is about washing, although it can be washed, I need a large space to hang it to dry. But it only needs to be washed once and it won't need cleaning for a long time because I cover it with a duvet cover.

I like the blanket but the controls don't light up at night so you can't change the temperature without turning on the light to find the right button. This is a poor design

This is a really nice blanket, you don't have to put a comforter on it to keep the heat in, it keeps warm on its own! It's very soft and lightweight without feeling heavy. The two controls are really nice to be able to control the temperature on each side of the blanket independently.
