That's fine, it warms up where you put the pressure.
Not sure, but not too hot. The material is comfortable, but I wish it got warmer.

The softest heating pad ever...
Oh my gosh...this is the softest heating pad I have ever used and I own many. I purchased them in two different sizes for different body parts. The biggest one is really big, it goes from my neck to my waist, I've been using them for about a month now, I use them multiple times a day and they're great so far. I've fallen asleep on top of these countless times and I don't wake up with those indentation lines in my skin that other heating pad heating elements cause. Hope they stick around for a while because I really like them.

Soft and very flexible, it is comfortable to use. Hotter than others I've had, which is good! Only one use so far, but I love it.

Good for minor pain, not good for period cramps
I love it for normal use but I expected more for relief from my period cramps and this was not satisfactory so 4 stars.

One of the best I have ever bought!!!
It's really long, from my neck all the way down to my waist!! The best part waits for it.....it doesn't wrinkle or you have to wear it like the old stuff we grew up with in the 90's Press it out! It's so soft, so light, you can put it in your hand, and I find it wonderful to wrap around a leg, arm or foot, etc. I have rheumatoid arthritis and this saved me. I like the extra long cord.
